It's like on here you have to be cynical and doubtful in regards to things that affect PlayStation to be considered unbiased and level headed .

None of that has anything to do with anything brehs.

People are praising "UC2" as if she had no hand in it. She was the creative director/wrote it. That's basically her game. Bruce Strately was the Game Director, they handle the business aspects of the game. He's getting credit for her work, basically. "TLOU" is an incredible game but Strately was working on "Crash Bandicoot: Racing" when Hennig was working on "Legacy of Kain". The guy has 1 hit to his name, regardless of it's quality.

Now, as far as whether or not the "Uncharted" series would be improved by the creative mind behind "TLOU" running it....that's not a monolithic opinion. Hell, this thread can't even agree on that.

You said "play TLOU, UC2, then UC3" as if she's not responsible for 2 out of 3 of those games. Strately has "TLOU" on his resume, that's it. Prior to that he was working on shyt like "Gex".

Of course no one wants to say "yeah, the franchise needed her" because that's entertaining the thought that "Uncharted" could fall off. And like I said, nobody wants to think about that for obvious reasons.
And for the record, I'm not saying it will fall off, but it's at hell people are responding to me as if I'm not unbiased, instead of the people saying "fukk that bytch, we don't need her", and in some cases flat out lying about her involvement in "Uncharted".

Its the people who don't know the history of naughty dog trying to fear-monger and shyt. ND games are combined efforts (This isn't the first time high level people left the company) and they have always been a dope developer since the PS1 days. Uncharted will be fine.

Make no mistake though it is a loss because she is one of the best writers in the industry.

Will that translate to uncharted? maybe but you have to consider the ones not particularly worried are those who've played all the games. she was directly behind uncharted 3 and that was considered the worse one.

She was directly behind all 3 games. The IGN article says she's the most important person in the creation of the "Uncharted" series. That's their words, not mine.

What's funny is anything people can say about "TLOU" in 2014 people were saying about "UC2" in '09. But somehow Strately gets the credit for "TLOU", but Hennig doesn't get the credit for any part of "Uncharted" but the 3rd game. Then on top of that Hennig had classic games on her resume before that, too.
