Under the new Care Act. How does this unemployment work?

So according to the care act basically almost everyone would qualify for the stimulus package, which includes 600.00 a week for 4 months. So what about those who were actually laid off because of covid,and were working partime, would they qualify as well? My job laid us off via text message, and said we were close until further notice(i work in a club)..

I plan on it, its just confusing the way they're wording it. They basically make it seem that everyone who was laid off or affected by this pandemic in some capacity will be able to qualify
