This game is nowhere near as bad as people make it seem. It’s obvious some of the bad reviews are due to the fact it isn’t a “rock em sock ‘em” game and you need some actual strategy in the ring. Hopefully they keep improving the punch tracking, add clinching and other things. They could stand to add more to the career mode, although I do appreciate it isn’t fully barebones and there was some thought put into it. 7/10 so far and hopefully it keeps improving.

I dont know what they did to fix this game but I took about a year off from playing.. came back and literally everything is 100x better

it’s pretty damn good if you stick to offline. Yea it’s not Fight Night, but I’m glad it’s not.

Some of the DLC is absolute trash IMO, but I still have fun running through a career every once in awhile.

Im not sure when the last time you played but The online has improved significantly

I hate how you have to hold L1 or R1 to go from top to bottom
maybe its because I'm left handed I dunno

but the shyt felt mechanical and trash. The game was good but that ruined it for me. It takes too much time to shift your hand and be confident with the flow of boxing. Its been so long I forgot what the button even does but it was something big. I think body shots, combos come out weird as fukk ... then you get in a bad spot. It doesnt flow at all in my opinion.

It is still a good game though for what it is

shyt just feels more realistic now.. the fighters gas out towards the end like they're supposed to if you throw too many heavy punches that burn stamina. The hit/punch detection on the fighters improved. The fighters hit box has been inproved.. fighters seem more balanced over all.. they got rid of rhe clinch cheeze when you get dazed.. I played about 10 fights straight and went 9-1-1. Didnt get a single disconnect.. When I last played that would happen like every other match.. Overral a much more enjoyable experience
