I think the GOAT superpower would be being the wisest entity that has ever or who will ever live. If you're the smartest, that means you will have the ability to create anything you want, to include a time machine. You will be able to figure out the solution to any problem, to include aging. You would be able to manipulate anyone or nation because you'll be able to present your opinion to the point no one would be able to refute your logic. If anyone disagrees, fukk'em, you can go back in time and wipe out their bloodline.

Precognition is more of a supporting ability imo. Well, it depends on what level your precognition is. If it just allows you to only see the big picture e.g., "if I put in $500 today, I'll be a millionaire in 5 years," then it ain't shyt.

I've never seen that shyt actually backfire except from when a person gets stuck in a time period they dont wanna be in. When you have full control over that power you're unstoppable.

I'd take the power but I'd have to restrict myself to the timeline between when I was conceived and the present even then there's potential for A LOT of collateral damage like avoiding myself and wiping a generation of people who were supposed to be born in the time frame because of my actions. Go back far enough and you risk your own existence, you could cause plagues just from what's in you and you could even get bodied by the elements and ancient diseases. Going forward in time can also be fukked if you can't see it in a vision first. Might end up like the kid from Umbrella Academy who kept going forward and suddenly he's in a bombed out America.
