So you're telling me they had contractors doing a job, and they didn't keep up with the progress? That shyt doesn't look like it's halfway done. It looks like they started and then said screw this. I wouldn't be surprised if those contractors found issues behind the walls, it blew up the budget, and the school didn't have the money or something. Because if it was the contractors taking their sweet time, then you need to get rid of them and get a crew who will finish the job on schedule.
