As they should. You can't just go out there and murder someone simply because you feel it's justified.

That's why the CEO got smoked. :mjlol: Every step here that line applies.

CEO who murdered people and felt it was justified, gets murdered by someone affected and felt it was justified, set to be murdered via the AG because they felt it was justified.

I get you don't want to condone murder but in a system where profit is linked to the cost of people's lives, hard not to view this as inevitable. He did this all in a way where he'd be easily martyrd and copied. Adams perp walk, Trump admin getting involved, etc etc will only ignite what they're seeking to put out

Morality is fascinating. DOJ seeking death penalty is "just" because its the law but Luigi killing a for profit killer is "wrong" because it goes against the law

No.

Death penalty is barbarian, not "just".

Not only for morality reasons.
False convictions can be corrected and compensated, and some countries like Norway even get to rehabilitate some murderers, and make good and productive neighbors out of them

What you quoted isnt my POV. Its what, I'm assuming, is the POV of those who take the stance like the poster I quoted. I dont understand the mindset of "he killed a person and thats bad, lets off him and thats okay because the law says so."

So shocking that the US still has this barbarian penalty, most of Latin America, Europe and Africa already abolished it, at least de facto:
The 193 United Nations member states and two observer states fall into four categories based on their use of capital punishment. As of 2024:[9]

53 (27%) maintain the death penalty in law and practice.
23 (12%) permit its use but have abolished it de facto: per Amnesty International standards, they have not used it for at least 10 years and are believed to have a policy or practice of not carrying out executions.[10]
9 (5%) have abolished it for all crimes except those committed under exceptional circumstances (such as during war).
110 (56%) have completely abolished it, most recently Zimbabwe (2024).

The CEO didn’t murder anyone. He ran a for profit business for the board and the shareholders and if he didn’t do it for them someone would have. A CEO can’t do whatever the hell they want. Ask Bob Chapek formally of Disney. The board will fire you if you don’t get the results they seek.

To Luigi and the public at mass what difference does it make is the guy who was the CEO made those shyt decisions or somebody else did? The result is the same. The CEO isn't the owner of the company who makes unilateral decisions to do whatever. He's an employee for the board and the shareholders and he ran the company the way they wanted it ran.

You wanna blame people maybe start with congress who protects the for profit health care system and won't pass Medicare for all or a public option. We get public health care for all and this isn't a problem anymore.

Take it a step further it's the fault of the general public who elects the sort of congressmen who won't pass that legislation.

Do you see me cheering on a murderer? We live in a democracy. People prefer things exactly the way they are and that's why they vote the people in who do what they do. My thoughts and opinions are overruled by the majority.

I would gladly pay more in taxes for a public option. I have to pay for private insurance as it is so I'm fine with it.
