Death Penalty is simply a message for anybody else thinking about playing the Punisher in the future.

We all know killing the CEO is going to change nothing in the insurance industry long-term.

I was sympathetic towards this kid's situation...until all the details came out and we found out his crazy ass didn't even have United Health Care insurance.

Yeah it's fukked up that they're making an example out of him but if you pull the trigger then you better be ready to deal with the consequences of your actions.

I think its a message, but at the same time this fits what you would think is a death penalty case.

This was pre-meditatated murder. He shot the man in midtown Manhattan. I have never seen a more capital murder case in my life.

If Luigi did this to a drug dealer in Queens at the same time and was caught, it would also be a death penalty case and we also wouldn't care.

I say this as a person who doesn't believe in the death penalty and think its not a what a civil society should use.

FTR, I am not against violence to change things in this country because that's the only thing this nation understands, particularly the wealthy.

The CEO didn’t murder anyone. He ran a for profit business for the board and the shareholders and if he didn’t do it for them someone would have. A CEO can’t do whatever the hell they want. Ask Bob Chapek formally of Disney. The board will fire you if you don’t get the results they seek.

Having the business as the intermediary isn't some hand waving clearance card. These denials could lead (and probably did lead) to loss of life, and spiked specifically under that dude's tensure. Yet, because there's a board of cocksuckers somewhere, he should be relieved of his own actions? :dead:

It was interesting watching people online get radicalized over Palestine was wild. But I think the radicalization that's about to come with the Luigi trial is going to make that look like a McDonald's happy meal

No it wouldn't your being extremely naive or disingenuous if you think otherwise
