I mean the carpet riding indian is insinuating to us actual black people that this is how we address each other.…

So naturally, you have to wonder.…just who...wqs talking to him that way to operate under that assumption.….correct :jbhmm:
I’m black.

Do you think Drake is black, or just awkward?

Whitney could descend from the Caucasus mountains eating a jar of mayonnaise, walking a yorkie, and wearing an "I Love Yakub" t-shirt with a custom MAGA hat, and she still won't be as white as this:

What makes Whitney “culturally blacker” than a guy with a black father?
Your answer is in your question; culture. One can be genetically Black, like Drake, Jesse Lee Peterson, or Brandon Tatum, and still not be culturally Black (you can use the same three guys as examples). WE have a saying in our culture that perfectly sums up that concept, "all skinfolk ain't kinfolk".
Why does your concept of blackness not address identity but behaviors?
One can identify however they see fit, it doesn't mean that the rest of us have to agree with them. For example, you make a lot of anti-transgender threads. Therefore, I know that you (at least on some level) understand that the way a person identifies doesn't always align with reality.
What does soul have to do with identity?
Soul doesn't have anything to do with identity, but it is an irreplaceable component of Blackness. This another one of those things that one understands if they are a part of our culture. If I have to explain it to you...
Is Drake black, or not?
Genetically, sure. Drake has a Black father.
Culturally, though? They not like us.

What did drake do in that clip that wasn’t culturally black?

I’m not “anti transgender"

I’m pro-science. I’m objective.

Black people that you grew up around addessed you this way….

Got it.…we got one y'all.… @Rembrandt c00n ass circle loved calling him hard r’s.… that's the kind of environment he grew up around and that's why when he watches the individual in this video it connects with him :yeshrug: Cacs and c00ns tend to see things the same…i feel sorry for you

Now NEXT UP….. Any other black posters grow up with individuals using this language to identify you or other black folks?

Lets get some real clarity about the kind of “black poster” we have in this website tonight.…:jbhmm:

He's black but was obviously a tragic mulatto growing up not wanting to be associated with black culture.

Probably because his father was absent and left him to be raised in jew culture where he learned how to take advantage of other cultures for profit.

Does using slang awkwardly mean you’re not-black?
