I don't know if this helps but it's stuff I do.

Sleep with humidifier.
Netty pot the second I get dry sinus.
Oil leaf extract everyday
Antioxidants/vitamins everyday
A gallon of water everyday
Wipe down all my door handles spray with lysol every now and then.

Got to have your immune system ready for battle out here.

:dwillhuh: I'm like, how is this happening? What's going on with the flu this year that's different than years past???

POPULATION CONTROL

CDC with assistance from the medical industry just found a more effective and more lucrative way to get rid of all the masses.....

The flu is no joke, if you get it, there's a lot of complications that can mess you up even if you healthy as a horse. If you're feeling sick, listen to your body, get rest immediately.

Old people and people with weak immune systems die of flu everyday since the begining of the flu.

Only on the coli will this be news
I have never had a flu shot but the fact that people on here have without understanding the possible side affects yet again displays the mass stupidity of this website:mjlol:

Inject a virus into your body and be suprised you get the flu brehs.
Lack the understanding of how the body deals with the virus that point on brehs.
Take an injection without knowing anything about it brehs.

Nothing wrong with the vaccination
Don't actually read brehs

The only time I remember having the flu was a few years back. But mine was sudden and lasted about 24 hours.

It didn’t creep up over time, literally I was fine 1 minute and the next I was fukked up.

I remember vividly riding home then all of a sudden I had the chills and got nauseous af, got home and was laid out on the couch, throwing up, had a fever, was hot/cold, and then the very next day I was perfectly fine . :dahell:
