Look out for MD Governor Wes Moore. He didn't endorse Kamala and has an inspiring life story. Humble beginnings in Baltimore, gave up his hoop dreams after playing against Kobe, and went on to attend Hopkins and Oxford. Military vet who served in Afghanistan. Very likable personality, youthful (45) and an excellent orator.
