Out of all the cop killings that have come to light in recent memory this one seems like it was an accident. He's a young cop in a project building at night. It's understandable if he was jumpy. It's not even like he shot the breh. His shot ricocheted off the wall.

Strange that so many cops got off that deserved to be convicted yet this guy gets convicted.

It would've been an accident if his gun went off while holstered. if you don't want to shot anyone purposely or accidently don't have your gun drawn and certainly don't join the police force if you a scared of the dark (no pun intended) shook fraidy cat.
