He had that bidding war for his services when it was starting to not be cool to push NY rappers (a lot of them got signed but never did anything.)


Stack might have blown up. Byrd Gang was carrying the torch at a time when Dipset was splintering apart. They were buzzin but not together. Cam was reeling off Killa Season. Juelz was working on I Can’t Feel My Face with Lil Wayne (in hindsight nobody nobody ate more off a Dipset co-sign than Wayne) and Jim was out here shining. JR was putting out music on Koch. Everyone else was lost or just making lil tapes. Stack coulda been that guy. He had co-signs everywhere. How big could he have been? We’ll never know.
