Look at you. From screaming for his head the past 4 years, to having high blood pressure worried bout him leaving cause he got one flu infested win vs OSU. fukkin pathetic .
Their whole fam base on here was calling for him to get fired barely two months ago and now they all want him to stay. It’s wild what one win will do to them.

He would have to beat OSU consistently to be over the hump
True, true. I guess I was being generous.

I'd leave. He's never going to be able to recruit on the level of Ohio State, beat them semi-consistently, and win his conference semi-consistently.

And even in the off-years that he's able to do that, he'd still have to contend with 1-3 SEC teams being just as talented and coached at a higher level than he's able to offer. In other words, he's not going to be able to win a title while he's there.

Yep. Basically, he's plateaued at Michigan.

He's probably tired of doing all that recruiting and other stuff associated with being a college coach.

That's what you hear - if you don't mind recruiting, a high profile college gig is a better quality of life than an NFL job(more free time, similar pay, more control over the organization, better job security)

Coli.
Well he had an interview said it's more enjoyable this time around over last year, I don't think he will leave this year he might wait for a better team situation.

shiiid I’m on wax, and on here saying it wasn’t necessary to fire him, and let’s not play the fan base game them mf’s on 11 warriors was saying Day never understood the importance of the game :russ:

He may jump, but honestly this is about him getting back what he felt he’s owed/lost when they had to go to the table last year, and lost a lot of power and had to make a lot of changes and lost out on bread. If we are being honest he’s done what many can’t do and that’s beat a Death Star program of their conference. He’s also said he’d work Michigan for free, he’s been revitalized, he has a younger better staff, and he’s trying to put a foot in the admin ass about NiL

I don't follow college football very closely

Why is it that Michigan can't recruit on the same level as Ohio State? I'm genuinely curious.

Ohio State is a much more accomplished and prestigious football program. They've been consistently great since the Woody Hayes days way back in 1951.
