Coli brehs, I want to connect my PC (planning to buy a desktop with HDMI port) or monitor (currently have, has an HDMI port) to my HDTV. Is this possible through HDMI? Will it be HD sound and video? How is it done? I googled, but there's conflicting information. Reps and daps for any helpful info.

Either one. I'm planning to buy a PC with an HDMI port. Do I just plug one end of the HDMI to the TV and the other end to the PC. Is there any extra steps? Do I need some sort of adapter?
