Check parking lots nearby, church, store etc any parking lot. Also talk to some of the local homeless people and street people give them a couple of dollars (literally a dollar or two (and tell them to keep an eye for him.

There are and we've been getting report of him near Dollar General places that he goes to alot. It's been really hot down here which isn't helping at all
