The real shocker when you really look at it, how the hell did that awful director make something as brilliant as the Sixth Sense...I gotta watch that back and see if maybe that trick ending fooled me into thinking more highly of it than I should have.

It was a fluke...he made a movie that was basically a big ass episode of Twilight Zone and everybody praised him. Now just seeing this dude name is

Say what you want about Shyamalan but he deserves credit for milking the success of his first few movies for all they're worth. He's dropped dud after dud and he's still somehow able to hustle Hollywood producers into letting him direct big budget movies starring the biggest stars in the world.

lol was never going to see this, but these reviews are pretty funny, and they aren't the internet knock offs, it's most of the major outlets, not hard to tell from a trailer that this was terrible. I could hear that bizarre Will Smith accent and just know....

Sixth Sense was good, to me unbreakable was better, Signs had a lot of potential but had poor execution and The Village wasn't good and it appears now that he's pretty much gone off the rails since:
Lady in the water, The Happening, Last Airbender and now this crap

i think the village had some potential....i remember for the promotion for that movie he had this special on the sci fi channel, in a similar fashion to the promotional documentary that sci fi channel had for the blair witch project...

I remember taking a jump off to see lady in the water, and dude is from my city, so his movies got packed here, and people just started busting it up during the movie, people were rolling out, and people just laughing at it

thought he might be able to bounce back but then the happening came out one of the most uninteresting movies ive seen in my existence.

When I first saw Signs I thought it was alright, nothing really special then I thought more about it and read some stuff and I realized all the gigantic plot holes that it had that kind of killed the movies value for me.

I still believe that M. Knight can make a good movie. He still has a solid visual eye and his movies, while awful, are generally well made.

I think he just has absolutely terrible taste which leads to him making awful scripts. Of course, many of those have been his own...so yeah.

I don't want to see this movie, but I probably will
