In my experience, people always overrated a film they've just seen

Part of it is not wanting to feel like they got ripped off by paying for shyt, and part of it is them just enjoying being out and doing something. Then generally don't care much about plot/story/acting/pacing/etc.

Which is completely fine if that's the category you fall in to

i definitely think he fell off hard as fukk...but it wasnt a fluke...signs was dope...unbreakable was VERY dope...

I'm surprised by how many people think Signs was dope tbh. Aliens travel across the universe for no actual explanation. They have the technology to get to Earth and yet they can't work a door cupboard door properly and decided to take over a planet that made majority out of water...which ironically is their biggest weakness .

Let's not even talk about the big alien reveal moment...costumes lookin' ridiculous like that episode of Doug where he's scared to look at the screen then when he actually sees it.

Unbreakable was cool though...not great to me...but it was cool.

I remember reading that the whole plot of Sixth Sense is a ripoff of an episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark too. So the cat that said it's a long Twilight Zone ep wasn't far off.
