Was messing around creating an account and tried to upload a 1 min HD video that's 150mb but it was gonna take 58 mins?!  

I canceled that shyt so fast. How do people put up like hour long videos?

5 mbs is really slow but for 150 mb maybe Youtube was going through something at the time or maybe doesnt give priority to people uploading their first few videos

It might also be your hardware. My computer is hella slow but my phone is fast as hell. Either way, sounds like you need to buy something.
