UPS CEO says drivers will average $170,000 in pay and benefits at end of 5-year deal
UPS and the Teamsters Union reached a tentative agreement late last month, averting a strike.www.cnbc.com
See how that worked for yellowYall forgetting UPS is Teamsters, union pay + union benefits
I know they sold their freight/LTL to another company so I'm not sure how much over the road driving they do now. I see them pulling doubles a lot but I think the company that bought them don't wanna change the trucks overYeah, what’s the catch tho
Is that 170 the absolute top of the payscale assuming you’re a long haul driver with 10+ yrs of experience willing to put in crazy amounts of overtime?
What people really want to know is.....
How much in pure salary would a breh earn?
How many hours would need to be worked per week?
What is the starting pay (not including the value of benefits, 401k/pension etc)?
I was talking to my UPS homie and I said good shyt with getting AC. Breh said that's only in newer trucks.nobody should be complaining, that UPS shyt is hard work and they fought to get better compensation + A/C (which should've been provided anyways.) Those ppl were fukked for so long, they deserve the pay bump. In reality, UPS could pay them more but those execs will not take a pay cut.
