The Coli?CAC coach gets caught being a bullshytter and being a subpar coach, TheColi turns into apologists. Amazing.
Yeah We veen saying Urb a scumbag in too deep over his head.He dont have the mafia with him.The Coli?
This has been happening for a loooong time with himAin’t this nikka married?
Why are you tying this to expectations? The weird thing is that anyone with a brain knew the Jags wouldn't be good this year. This was supposed to be a teaching year. Get Lawrence reps, figure out how much of the roster needs to be churned, knock the draft out the park next year and also hit free agency hard. Yet this dude is having nervous breakdowns. How the fukk does this make sense? There's no way he thought he'd waltz into the league winning with a rookie QB. When coaches get interviewed by GMs and owners they straight up tell them what they think about the CURRENT talent level and what needs to be done to move forward. Surely Urban came in knowing he had some pieces but needs many more.
That's why this seems manufactured. He's not stupid. So why is he acting like this, unless he wants to get fired or relieved.

What a long winded dishonest post![]()
my bad. I get your point.
I'm saying this knucklehead is acting like he's having mental breakdowns, out here having a mid life crisis at a bar feeling up a thot...and he doesn't even have a job that has much pressure. There is ZERO pressure on him this year so why is he acting this way unless he's sabotaging things?
These winning college coaches want to hit the ground running when they come into the NFL and when it doesn't happen they eventually wilt, fold, and run back to the college game. The NFL head coaching gig is like a 18 hour a day grind, sometimes year round. In college these dudes get the best recruits, win games, and get more time off at the collegiate level. I remember when there was word of Steve Spurrier, who was coaching the Washington Football Team at the time after leaving Florida, complaining about not hitting the gold course like he could while coaching in college. I think the thing with Urban is that nobody knew he would fall off this fast, only four games into the season. There was always jokes and talk of him abandoning ship-looking at USC at some point but nothing this early in his Jaguar tenureThe weird thing is that anyone with a brain knew the Jags wouldn't be good this year.
