The MSU rape scandals in football and basketball had none of these. The OSU cover-up has ALL of these.

.... yeah I see why you identify with this moron Coach shall promptly report to Ohio State's Title IX Athletics any known violations of Ohio State's Sexual Misconduct Policy (including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, intimate violence and stalking) that involve any student, faculty or staff or that is in connection with a university sponsored activity or event. ... For purposes of this Section 4.1 (e), a "known violation" shall mean a violation or allegation of a violation of Title IX that Coach is aware of or has reasonable cause is taking place or may have taken place.

Why would I continue conversing with you if you arent willing or capable of understanding the point?nikka quoted ME just to write “I don’t want to talk to you no more! Leave me alone!”.... yeah I see why you identify with this moron
Anyways ... for all of the “he was just minding his business crowd” here’s a little excerpt from the provision of his newly signed contract:
The new clause in Urban Meyer's contract that might matter now
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Title IX is a federal law that applies to all public educational institutions that receive federal funds. It was designed to prevent gender discrimination. And it may play a role into Ohio State's investigation of what Urban Meyer knew regarding domestic abuse allegations about former assistant coach Zach Smith.
(Specific language that applies to Title IX, and potentially to this situation, was added to Meyer's contract extension in April.)
(Under frequently asked questions , the Ohio State also made clear that leaders in the are required to do.
"Anyone who supervises faculty, staff, students, and volunteers; chairs/directors; and all faculty members have an additional obligation to report known or suspected incidents of sexual misconduct. Because of their positions of authority, these individuals have always had a heightened responsibility to report all other incidents of sexual misconduct.")
Buhhh buhh buhh ... he was just minding his business![]()

His contract doesnt say he's obligated to report unsubstantiated allegations of domestic abuse...if he even know. It does however say that he has to report sexual misconduct though. Youre right, most places wouldnt give a shyt because there is no precedent for them to and are open to litigation if they did fire an employee. Even schools, private or state funded can get sued for that. But again, if its in his contract and he did in fact know about it and it can be proven...I feel ya... here’s the thing tho, u think he is contractually obligated to report stuff like that since dude was a school employee.... a private corporation wouldn’t give 2 shyts about the situation
