Meyer: Did you put your pawgs on your bytch ? Ima cover your ass if so, I just gotta know.
Smith: Coach :whoa:. bytches be crazy but I didn't mean to hit her back in 09 when she was preggo. But these last few times, she deserved it yo. She caught me with another notch and she thought she had to question me. So I yelled #ZONE6 and I clapped her a couple times.

Meyer: Gene, we got a situation. Make sure everything is cool:birdman: I don’t know what Zack was talking about either. :smugfavre:

Gene: On it. Nothing bigger than the brand

Fixed.

Its unbelievable how delusional you guys are. The shyt that happened today makes the situation much worse. Urban Meyer basically admitted to keeping a violent abuser on his staff for nearly 10 years AFTER two domestic abuse allegations (including an arrest in 2009). And then lying to everyone about knowing it just a week ago. The fool knows he's done.

All he's doing right now is trying to save that buyout money by throwing Gene Smith under the bus. He knows he done coaching at Ohio State or anywhere else. The idiot just Art Briled himself.

Don’t quote me

I already said that if its in his contract then thats on him. In regard to the board, Im talking about MY company and my board, not OSUs. My overall point had nothing to do with his contract and everything to do with social norms in todays climate. Not that they dont exist, but that in many situations, such as this one, shouldnt exist. Case in point, if she isnt even going to the police and just making claims, that should in no way fall on someone else as a punishable offense....even if its in someone's contract. Im saying that it shouldnt be. You seem to think that Im challenging whether or not they can suspend or fire dude. Im not. Im saying that they shouldnt be able to and the reason why they are is because of new outrage social norms. Youre juxtaposing him into my employment setting which wasnt what I was doing. I was juxtaposing this PR standard that he's in, to a typical standard of companies and corporations. This happens in industries that deal with consumers vs clientele. NCAA is subject to consumerism so they are subject to this outrage culture and thus, things like this will happen to employees. You dont have to explain PR to me breh. I used to work for Ketchum. I get it. As I said, he's being suspended with pay vs not is a PR move, not disciplinary. At least not yet. And its because they understand that if they cant prove he knew anything, then they cant fire him but the public outrage will be an issue. That SHOULDNT be the case when you have a claim that a man beat his wife and somehow, thats on his boss to know before the cops do despite the man and wife explicitly saying that they didnt tell the boss. The husband didnt tell him. The wife didnt tell him. She didnt tell the police. But she claims to have told his wife and therefore, he should have known and should be fired...
You are really all over the place with this delusional corporatocracy nonsense:mjlol: ... public outrage/unrest has ALWAYS weaned heavy in determining industry standards across all sectors .. this isn’t some new phenomena derived out of the me too movement lmao .. wtf .. you should go do some research on why kids don’t work in the factories or coal mines anymore (Adapt or Die) is a truism not a catchphrase

Anyways let’s cut to the chase and really get to the bottom of your point ... so let me ask you this ... when Joe Paterno was coaching for PSU and he was notified by other people within the program that Jerry Sandusky was playing with little boys .. are you saying that he was in the right to NOT run that information up the chain of command and to also avoid confronting Sandusky? Because .. “he was just minding his business”:hubie: about something that “might have” happened in one of HIS staffers personal life?

In addition... is it your principled based position that Joe Paterno’s job SHOULD have still been safe regardless of him withholding that information about one of his staffers because having a child molester on the staff “didn’t have shyt to do with him.. the company or the checks he signed?”:jbhmm:

Would love to hear your thoughts on this sir ... thanks
