the only thing you need is higher ground,good concealment and a long range rifle with a scope.
A determined shooter will get the job done especially if he's about to be put in camps which is basically being enslaved.

Out of fear Black people in both government and the military are gonna tow the line but there maybe a few black military men & women who will help us fight.
