Why is there even a runoff? Is this an indictment on Warnock? Herschel Walker out here sounding like an Eddie Murphy 80s stand up routine. If Warnock can't decisively beat Walker in a decisive way the first time, why exactly should he win at all in the runoff?

People are voting for Herschel simply because he's a republican. Yea, he's a terrible candidate that has no business being in a close race with Warnock but that speaks more about the politics of Georgia.

When Doug Jones went up against Roy Moore in 2018 for the Alabama senate seat that was a close race as well. Moore was accused of fukking girls as young as 14 and didn't even deny it out the gate lol. His campaign had to convince him to change his stance. I think Doug won that race by a little over 20K votes, then got blown out by Tommy Tuberville in the next election.

Anyone surprised by Walker performing so well hasn't been paying attention. His support will only grow now that we're past midterms and the people that need him to win can focus all of their energy on him.
