At the same time lux could definitely get through his shyt quicker
Yeah I enjoy it, because I love hearing Lux rap. But the critique of him going all the way around the block just to get to the corner store is applicable. His 2 on 2 bag is where he needs to keep it. Extremely witty but more straight to the point. That Tekashi punch was a perfect example of how he should do it.At the same time lux could definitely get through his shyt quicker

As much as I wanted Lux to get to the punch quicker, he had to tell the story tho. He had to break down some things that we all knew but it had to be addressed correctly. By the right person. I think Mook could have done it as well and made it very painful for Surf. But Lux...not even on some preacher shyt...or activist shyt...was like look Surf....you out here lookin' crazy, lil' homie. Its not even debatable; its very true. But how can you make it make sense in a battle to where its effective? I feel like thats what Lux was working with.

He needs to study the Saga to see what he’s doing right. Their styles are very similar imo, but Saga has way more conviction the way he delivers his material.

Still surprised no one talked about Tay Roc taking that who gave Day the base/database line from AB Soul, but I guess I’m one of the few that actually listens to Soul, let alone remember his studio battle with Daylyt 
EDIT: shyt I’m listening to the Soul x Daylyt battle again, Tay Roc definitely did his homework. Roc had a Buzz Lightyear/toy story bar and so did Soul
