He has better bars than Danny imo but a much better delivery and more entertaining.Yoooo that's a perfect analogy.
NJT is like a Danny but the hype turned WAY up and the bars turned down a few notches

I'm not even a huge Danny Myers fan but that's quite the hyperbole. NJT couldn't have half the barfests that Danny has been a part of.

NJT doesn't have bars like that, to me. He's got that herky, jerky writing style like Dot/Gwitty but with annoying "aggression" and without the comedy. No way could he battle someone like B Dot and put on the same performance that Danny did.
Danny has a lot of bars and most of them are awful. He calls them barfest, I don't lol. Just cause you say a punchline doesn't mean it's good. Danny has a lot of punchlines, and most of them are basic as hell. shyt I would probably scrap if I wrote it.
Twork has great wordplay. Some you can say are "reaches" but most are just fire. His main issue is clarity.

See bdot and Danny was more than a bar fest tho, you're right he can't do that because he doesn't know how to use an angle yet. Bar wise tho, he's a lot more intricate than danny. Which is just hard to say about any new guy. He's going overheads all battle weird delivery or not. Twork is very lyrical his style just isn't very enjoyable to a lot of people on camera.

I can understand gwitty in the sense that his haymakers literally come out of nowhere. Sometimes with no setup at all lol

Don't get me wrong, I'm not much of a Danny fan. I'm on record for clowning his writing style but his level of rapping is way better than Twork's.
Twork has a lot of punches that come from no where or punches that literally just connect due to word association. Couple that with his stop-start delivery and it's very similar to Gwitty. Of course his voice is different and his energy is all the way up in comparison but I see the resemblance.
When I use the term bar fest, I just mean a battle that was heavy in bars and very little filler/antics. I.e Rex vs Yung Ill
As of right now, we haven't seen Twork show the ability to rap about an angle and stick to it for a whole round. I don't classify being overhead as lyrical if the punch is still shyt when you think about it and/or break it down.

Twork 2-1 even though i liked QP better. It's weird.
QP would of won rnd 2 and would of got the battle if it wasn't for the choke. When he came back after the choke he was snapping. But that choke was long as hell and Twork's 2nd wasn't bad. So u gotta give him the 2nd off gp.
QP's 3rd was nice as well but that was twork's best round.

Same here. And initially I did not like Twork style (really I still dont), and Im a Qleen fan. But he served QP in this battle IMO. QP aint lay down and die but he def lost all 3 rounds.
