You can be sad about this or you can understand that this means the military is finding less and less reasons to allign with this government.

No drastic change ever occurs without the buy-in of armed forces.

Trump and the people surrounding him and people who essentially empowered him are a weapon deployed to destroy America. Even if the biggest countries like China and Russia and all of NATO went against America, before the US fell, literally hundreds of millions of people would die. Donald Trump and the people around him are absolutely stupid enough to unleash nuclear weapons, and the silicon valley billionaires have already secured their bunkers.

A war with America won't work. Now, a war of Americans against one another? That will implode this country and neutralize it as a threat. The process already begun back in the 1980s and it got a massive boost in the 2000's when those planes knocked down the WTC and threw America into full blown panic. It's only going to continue as people feel more and more alienated by the government and the media until eventually mass violence starts happening at a rate that the government can't suppress.

Hard to meddle in the affairs of other countries when you don't have any unity and order in your own.
