New Yawk where I’m from / Bahston where I’m at
Reading about this case, his father was in the military but not yet a citizen when he was born on the base in Germany. At that time his father had a Jamaican passport, so when he came to the US as a baby / child, he was listed as Jamaican hence being deported there. I think he also had criminal offenses which probably limit his ability to get US citizenship.

SOHH where are the ICE raids on straight up latin gangs?

Like, run down on MS13 IN LA.

Reason being: those are the bogeymen that Trump been fearmongering about since he came down the escalator in 2015

Nah. They running up on hotels and farms fukcing with the people that are doing the necessary jobs that Americans won't.

And random people who are "technically" able to be fukced with, legally. They spending a lot of time on one dude that isn't a problem when they could strap up and go grab some real threats.
While at the same time getting paid by cartel leaders to allow their families in.

I’m also saying Trump won’t change it so good luck to him :skip:

The fact that I said neither one of his parents was a citizen at the time should’ve let you know that I know that this is a law

And you missed my main point

Why was a Jamaican in the military?????
He was born to an active-duty member of the U.S. Army stationed on a U.S. base in Frankfurt, Germany, in 1986. Court documents from 2015 state that "Thomas's father first entered the United States in September 1977, enlisted in the United States Army in 1979, and became a United States citizen in May 1984." Thomas' mother, who was married to his father at the time of birth, was a citizen of Kenya.

Jermaine Thomas, who was born in 1986 on a U.S. Army base in Germany to a father who had become a naturalized U.S. citizen,

His father was not a US citizen at the time, but a citizen of Jaimaca who joined the US Army.

"Jermaine Thomas, whose Jamaican-born dad became a U.S. citizen during his 18-year military career, spent much of his early life moving from base to base with his father and mother, the latter a citizen of Kenya at the time of his birth."

A child born on a US base, is not automatically a US citizen if his parents are not US citizens.

"Children born on U.S. military bases overseas do not get automatic citizenship, but they typically acquire citizenship through their parents if eligibility requirements are met and proper paperwork is filed."
well this answers my questions. Wow.

Damn wish his folks had done the paperwork.

So having a record is what made him stand out in the system. Damn.

Why was a Jamaican in the military?????

BECAUSE ITS A WAY TO
GAIN CITIZENSHIP...

WE SAW A SIMILAR SITUATION
RECENTLY....

"The 27-year-old, who gained his US citizenship through military service, said he was treated “very fairly”.

“They’re just doing their job,” said Leao, who is of Angolan and Portuguese descent."

Yes. Neither one of his parents were US citizens. Sucks for him but he fell thru the cracks and became easy pickings for a President that actually wants to enforce this type of shyt
Actually crazy and new to me they can have you in the army as a foreigner, then still treat you like this. Veterans get propped up by "both sides."

Well maybe not always :mjpls:
