He was dumb to commit crimes in the 1st place
I guess it was in his youth
He should get a good lawyer to fight this because it's still very unfair to deport him to a country he has never been in his whole life

My dad was talking about this case earlier today. He was stressing out because my lil brother was born in Germany too. lol I kept trying to g tell him it wouldn’t effect my brother because both his parents are US citizens.
"He was born to an active-duty member of the U.S. Army stationed on a U.S. base in Frankfurt, Germany, in 1986. Court documents from 2015 state that "Thomas's father first entered the United States in September 1977, enlisted in the United States Army in 1979, and became a United States citizen in May 1984." Thomas' mother, who was married to his father at the time of birth, was a citizen of Kenya"

His father became a citizen 2 years before he was born

Do you think they are planning to deport all black and brown people :francis:

Cause I am starting to think this is leading to them just deporting all black and brown people.

I wouldn't say "all", because that's probably logistically impossible, but certainly as many as possible.

nikka do you even remember what u posted in this thread?
both of his parents don't have to be citizens for him to become a citizen
His father was already a citizen ...just like your brother
lol breh why you so mad. I obviously read the article which is why I made sure to differentiate that BOTH of my parents are citizens. Not one but two, my point was how my dad was being ridiculous. You big mad but you aren’t even reading what you quoting. Settle down and touch grass my guy.

Does not matter. His parents have to put in the paperwork. His father never did so, and so now he is in the circumstance he is in. You are not automatically a citizen if born on a US base in a foreign country.

nah dummy...I wasnt even going at you hard[pause] when I quoted you
I was pointing out to you,it wouldn't have mattered if his mother was a Martian when he was born as long as his father was American
The other morons in this thread didn't even realize his father was already American when was son was born

no shyt old ass rat faced nikka
that's also in the fukking article
But his father being an American citizen would have made the process much easier as opposed to an immigrant who enlisted

His father was not a US citizen at the time, but a citizen of Jaimaca who joined the US Army.

Then blame his lazy arse daddy for his circumstance. How are you angry at the people who have no power to change what his own father failed to do?

My mistake. That does not change the fact that it did not matter. Even if his father became one later or before, he could have gotten his son citizenship if he was not being lazy.

So, you have no point. You only have uncontrolled anger. You don't even know whom to direct that anger at, you just want to direct it at anyone but the person who is actually responsible. Be mad at the man who could have done something about this, but did nothing for years.
