The schools I went to from grade school to high school (Longfellow, Central, Westport, Paseo) were literally 80-99% black. They was actually court cases and lawsuits to try and desegregate the schools by busing in white kids from the suburbs.

So it's funny to see someone act like there's no black people in Missouri.

If it’s Caribbean and they don’t speak Spanish, it’s likely black alone. So Haitians and Jamaicans would be black alone according to them. The black in combo is pretty much black Hispanics to which New York has the largest population of Black Hispanics. Followed by California.
