Seems like black people are wasting their population power by being in large numbers in some states but still being very low in percentages in those same states. That is what you call hustling backwards politically.

Cost of living. Bottom line. No one wants to raise their kids in a high COL area where competition is extreme. At least people that don't have negative birthrates.

Maybe in the city of Dallas, but in the county is remained the same, while the raw numbers have increase.

Dallas(city limits) black population peaked at almost 30%.

Today its at 25%.
I dont see the dramatic difference.

The Black percentage in the DFW Metro area has been shrinking for the past 25 years.

Most CAC have moved out of Dallas county but still control the economy and politics of Dallas county.

Dallas county is ran by the outside-in.

Your city have a lot to do with the privately owned businesses in the city by giving out government contracts to private contractors in the area.

1/4 African-Americans in Memphis have a college degree. While 1/6 African-Americans in Dallas have a college degree.

Ain’t no reason to visit unless you take a trip to DC and spend like a day riding around PG. I got some family out there. The county is huge. It has all the types of areas tho. Rough, middle class, upper class, and country. DC area is bougie as hell but PG ain’t close to Montgomery Co in terms of that

We got folks in this thread saying all black ppl West of a certain geographic divider in the US should just up and move to the Southeast. Even if all black ppl moved to a handful of states, you'd still have winners and losers and disillusioned black ppl filled with resentment because xyz city wasn't the "promised land" that they thought it would be..
