I watch real estate, prices are inflated on land lots that sit out there for 6-12 months.

supply chain my ass. A 17 year old Honda don't got nothing to do with supply chain issues. Nobody really fukk with those cars anyway. Dealers are normally trying to give those away.

Supply chain really only impacts niche, special order vehicles. They pumping out overpriced newer cars all the time.

Supply chain is artificially deflated so they can have an excuse to charge more.

It's also the parts in those used cars that are being taken out of circulation, due to more people holding on to their old cars due to the prices going up on new ones.

Is there price gouging mixed in, of course there is. But the supply chain issues are real. I talk to a lot of autobody shop owners and they all saying the same shyt.

CRV is too small. I need it for the cargo space. It's for a mobile detailing business. I would prefer a Ram Promaster but I don't want to invest that much in a startup. A cargo van is too bulky.

If you can avoid it never buy a used car from a dealership try to get it from a private owner.

yes they will. Ever car isn't selling like that and certain people will get tired of holding on to the car. You just have to check the number of days its been listed.

You can always do a pre purchase inspection and get a warranty through a 3rd party.
