Usher ain't never fell off musicly. His business game ain't right. Yeah he making money but he not taking ownership like he should. I don't even think this nikka getting paid for Bieber anymore. Beyonce a hustler and took ownership. Also she put trust in Jay and now they both got even more. Usher problem is his mom's was his manager for waaay too long.

Two reasons in my opinion:

1) He didn't go EDM. "OMG" and "DJ Got Us Falling In Love" were hits, and had he gone the Pitbull/Flo-Rida route and go that pseudo EDM lane, he'd be raking money hand over fist

2) He tried to ride The Weeknd wave in 2012 and that flopped.

The music nerd in me wants him to work with the dupri, jam and Lewis, Neptunes, people he has a good track record with, but he's feeling that pressure to stay relevant, so we get collabs with young thug
