Tim Duncan should be the PERFECT example as to why you don't need PED's as an athlete. Just perfect your craft. Nah I wouldn't do em.
They are.is there anything that backs this up?
because your basically saying that your average athlete IN ALL SPORTS is on PED's

The biggest myth is that these make it "unfair" because they improve skill. I'm sure some drugs improve ability to run faster, strength, etc. but the biggest advantage is recovery from injury.
Look at Dwyane Wade and LeBron. If Wade tried to heal naturally from those catastrophic injuries he's had, he'd probably be in an apartment in chicago right now blowing his rookie contract money on heroin and sucking dikk for rent. Supplementing things like HGH or other hormones can regenerate joints, tissue, ligaments, increase endurance, greater overall muscle mass etc.
These things can put on an extra 5-10 years on a career. I wouldn't even doubt it if Kobe is on shyt.
Taking the drugs won't necessarily make a bad player into a good one, but it will help a great athlete maintain and possibly exceed the greatness he already possesses
Why does this just come down to a physical/ health thing? If your playing a pro sport, you obviously have invested most of your life towards it and there should be a part of you that loves the game. If you get caught using, you lose the respect of your peers, fans if you personally, fans of the team, you become a social villain they nobody respects. Not to mention passing that negative energy off to your children and your family. All the work you put in could be pulled from under you easily but your only talking about it from a financial point of view which is super un-realistic. Don't guys that use start using once they have made pro? Money does not equal happiness
No offense brother, but the sanctimonious belief you're touting is the same held by most casual sports fans and it exposes their naivete. Most college athletes take shyt, even high school athletes take shyt. The athletes saying that are full of shyt and probably take PEDs themselves. It's all a huge fukking game and the coaches, the medical personnel, the front office, and the league office(s) are in on it, too.Tim Duncan should be the PERFECT example as to why you don't need PED's as an athlete. Just perfect your craft. Nah I wouldn't do em.
Yeah cause we know for an absolute fact he's never taken them before.is there anything that backs this up?
because your basically saying that your average athlete IN ALL SPORTS is on PED's

If you came from nothing
And you can change your whole family history with one signature
You will have money and fame...(I for one do not like the fame part)
But your health in your later years might suffer
And if the Media finds out your done....
Would you take PED'S![]()
i'm seeing nothing but yes's so why do nikkas outrage /suspect when players like Lebron or A-rod do it?![]()
You know.Yeah cause we know for an absolute fact he's never taken them before.
Well i'm assuming that he hasn't taken them. even then, there are way more examples we could use as far as great athletes who hasn't used them, no?
im not into assumptions especially on forums
post articles/studies that 80% of all athletes take illegal shyt
I think the notion that an athlete's reputation is tarnished from using them is retarded. Tim duncan is one of my favorite athletes because he epitomizes fundamental excellence and skillfulness--same with Kobe.
I'd still use any and all athletes---natural or unnatural--as great examples to admire though.
Shoutout Jesse Owens
I get your logic but i'm saying he should be an example that you don't need em to excel. Granted it's not that easy or easy to be the next TD, but there ain't nothing wrong with NOT taking them. Hell I don't think there's anything wrong WITH taking em. It doesn't guarantee that you will become a great player.
