-Just passed a law with a .05 BAC limit
-A 120 lb woman will be over the limit after a glass of wine
-A 150 lb man will be over the limit after a beer and a half.
-Some people say its a religious law and the .08 limit is reasonable due to studies, the state is trying to get more dui fines, and restaurants and tourism will go down.
-Others say zero tolerance is necessary, europe has similar laws with even .05 or .02 limits, One beer is drunk, and it will save lives
