Melo should have considered playing in the big 3 league and Paul George basically let a cac cancel him out. Maybe that doesn't happen if Russ knew how to control the tempo and help get his teammates in rhythm. His turnovers and bad shots drain the energy out of the team. The Thunder players seemed stressed out alot, I don't know what's with all the soft cac coaches the Thunder hire
