These cocksuckers are INDEED ill prepared for mass shooter situations. The chaos and any real lack of logical motive or strategy in mass shootings renders what little training they get on these situations moot and inefficient.

It may sound like im sympathizing but thats not the case, because, where they lose me is, they will absolutely refuse to acknowledge that they DONT have the training. That they DONT have the personnel both mentally and physically prepared for such situations. That they DONT have real TTPs to deal with a armed populace. That they DONT practice for such situations and instead spend their man hours plotting pointless and inefficient drug busts of repeat offenders so that they can have "dope and money on the table" photo ops.

Any time Cops are faced with any real criticism that would upset the status quo of Operations and potentially make them better, they instead circle the wagons because god forbid Frank and Joe have to give up their cushy desk jobs with overtime, that theyve had for 15 fukking years, to make room for a Tactical Deconfliction and Containment Operations Unit when theyre so close to retirement

Cops, by way of the Police Unions, literally will obstruct the civic process to protect their lazy and overfunded workforce. They have no smoke for the Pro Gun Lobby who will happily step over their dead bodies to keep things as they are and only hate those who challenge them in any way. I just don't know how I could make it as one of those parents right now. Knowing my child died so horrifically and now having video proof of the cops doing nothing.
