One thing I will say is Lux gets all the props for making this shyt happen the way it did with the PPV shyt. The game has been officially changed and there really aint no goin back to wait weeks to see battles cause you wasnt in the building. UW has shown you can have an ORGANIZED (somewhat) Event with almost crisp audio and video and the fans would support without having to worry about bootleggers.

There is no reason for NOME4 and SM4 NOT to be on PPV and completed in a timely fashion. UW just did 5 battles in a little over 5 hours and the fans didnt have to wait and stand all day for it to be over. Now im sure they wont be charging $30 for the stream but im sure the cost may vary depending on the names.

This event was well worth the $30 no question. Lux vs Hollow main event as a battle rap fan and a boxing head entertainment wise was more entertaining then Mayweather vs Canelo and that shyt was $70

My palms is still sweating from the excitement and the shyt been over almost a half hour already:banderas:
Absolutely true, Battle rap has taken a turn imo.

Man the people saying Hollow won are dumbasses. Hollow had some shyt, I assure you yes, not debatable. But Lux is just entirely on another level...MEAN Lux 2-1

all that shyt hollow was talkin about lux bein greedy...he should be thanking lux...thats why that part meant nothing to me...lux single handedly put bread in hollows pocket and elevated the culture.

re-watching this battle im hearing new shyt in lux's verses.. its like a gift that keeps on giving:banderas:

Nah man. If thats all you got from this battle you was not paying attention. Hollow pretty much broke a hole in Lux's whole persona with that, him not getting a real job. And not handling his kids shyt. Pretty much exposed him as a hypocrite.

Then the way he tied it to his last battle with Calicoe, to him even bringing the nikka out.

From a lyrical level, a creative level, and a showmanship level. That 3rd round on sum otha shyt :wow: , its not easy to make personal's stick like that. Thats why Lux's personals against hollow over his jail shyt and lean werent even potent. shyt was boderline filler bars status. Hollow set the stage perfectly, from delivery, flow and tone.

:wtf: breh it seems wasnt playing attention to any of lux lyrics from previous battles.

Hypocrite how? Lux called cal pops out for being a nikka and cal for walking down the same path, correct? Hollow said lux didnt have a real job, but he didnt say anything about lux selling drugs or doing anything that would be counter productive did he? Hollow said lux does coke, alright but where is that proof? Its a known fact that hollow is on lean. He made fun of the fact lux didnt have money, alright bet but that didnt mean he's a hypocrite and doesnt mean he wasnt taking care of his seeds. So i can't agree with the hypocrite angle.

Hollow didnt set the stage, it was alright set for him because from the door we knew nikkas wasnt feeling what lux was trying to say, the message he was pushing, but both rappers did a good job with word play but at the end of the day it was about the message and nikkas didnt wanna hear knowledge, they wanted to hear hollow. The whole bringing out cal father was :banderas: i wont front.

Personally it was a mix match in environment , lux is water and hollow is fired, but guess which one was already surrounded by fire tonight. I have been saying this for years since lux came and battled cal that the only reason lux won was because the element of surprised with the preaching angle, the audience wasnt prepare and he got lucky because he was spot on with some of it, but now and even then nikkas are like :camby: fukk that conscious shyt we wanna hear that "real street shyt" only difference was they wasnt there in summer madness but the made damn sure that they showed up tonight.

Hollow won, but it wasnt due to word play but only cause of the message "real street nikka shyt"

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?

That's a silly way of looking at things, do you watch boxing and give credit to the champ for getting his opponent a bigger purse, only to get knocked out in the end?

The opponent is just as important as Lux, without someone of Hollow's stature he wouldn't be able to demand $40k to begin with because who else is there that people are going to pay $30 for ppv to see him go against?

Im not sure why hollow gets props for bringing that lost nikka to the battle? yeah it was funny, I laughed too...but he's still a lost nikka tho :dwillhuh:
I just saw it as an hilarious prop. It didn't really mean anything, idk if nikkas wanted lux to spit his 3rd round to him or something. lol

You missing the point mang. Im fully aware of grey hoody Lux back in harlem clothing stores. Im talking bout Lux NOW.

If you been checking his new interviews and stuff leading up to the battle. Loaded was on a spree telling the media about how his son changed his life and that he is the reason why he grew as a man and why his content changed. The personals wasnt about Lux not being in the hood or kicking fake knowledge. The personals was about LUX being

"too cool to learn how to fly in them friendly skies" :pachaha:

Luxs positive message raps had nothing to do with it. Hollow pretty much the pulled the rug under the nikkas feet. In regards to the nikka not handling his responsibilities as a man and father. Its like the complete opposite of the Hitman Aye verb conversation in which he is talking to the father instead of the son. Then him tying it to the Calicoe battle was just some other wordly ish.

Then brought out BMF Black to make that nikka fall all the way back(Looked like Lux was bout to run off that stage) :banderas: :russ:
