How many times you think a server done added some extra spit marinade to your speak, or dug their butt and rubbed it on your burger meat, between picking it up in the kitchen and bringing it to your table?

Everybody I know whose a waiter/waitress at even a place like Cheesecake Factory in San Francisco or a bartender/bottle service girl at an even semi populated club/bar make a killing..
the bottle service girls at my club make 20% tip on each bottle sold and they DONT split it. ONLY when they are short staffed they will split it (like once every few months).. we got tables that are 2-4 bottle minimums and bottles are $200+ each.. They making $80-200 per table on average... bout 20-30 tables in a club depending on the club and about 3-4 bottle service girls a night.., even a small club has 8-10 tables (and usually only 1 bottle service girl who gets 100% of the tips).
shyt one of the bottle service girls I know was working at a lil lounge, a good night is 75-90 people, average night around 30-40 people and like 2-5 tables sold per fri/sat night and she was pulling in $3-4k a month working 2 nights a week
this dont even include when someone comes in and stunts and starts buying $500+ champagne etc..
if we gonna help anyone out with wages/tips we needa help sales people in places like gyms/car dealerships. They are based on this bull shyt called a "draw".
basically a draw is a set amount of money, but you have no set amount of hours.. If your draw is $2000 a month, then you guaranteed that right?
but you only make more than $2000 if your commission exceeds that.. I had months where I would sell 14-15 cars and make $2300.. you thinking its $2000+2300.. NOPE, its $2300 total.. cause you only made $300 commission past your draw.. But you worked 260 hours in that month to sell those cars because selling cars is a long process + you gotta get a customer in the first place.. Draws need to be banned

Why don't you tip fast food workers, they make minimum wage and do the same thing? Tipping is some bullshyt when the restaurant should be covering them.
And for the record, I always tip about 15% unless they are shytty, because the restaurant should have covered them but there should be a limit. $20 is a good tip, I ain't handin nobody 50-100 dollars for handing me my food

I honestly don't see the problem here. $20 tip seems fine.
Why the hatred for tipping? We're all six figures, six certs, six series Beamer in this bytch? Just part of the lifestyle. I tipped 1K at Denny's last night and made it up doing a couple of hours of helpdesk OT. Get your weight up fellas. 
20 dollars is more than enough of a tip foh. Idc if i bought 2000 dollars worth of food, you dont need more than 20 dollars to bring me some food that takes you 30 seconds to do.
