Vegan For a Reason
I never had that issue with Daiya cheese. I usually have it all but done in a few days anyway. I use it mainly for sandwiches and burgers and sometimes Mac and Cheese but that recipe I posted doesn't even use Daiya.
I been eating some raw food recipes lately and I found this raw taco meat recipe that's frigging tasty. It's texture is not completely like the cooked version where it's super soft and hot but the raw version is really tasty.

I never made a raw taco except with the SmartGround.
Yesterday i made the tuna sandwich for the first time though which is raw.
Next time im boiling the chickpeas cuz it was hell trying to mush them raw.
