I'm from South America and can tell you this is a straight up lie.
The people who are celebrating like crazy are venezuelan immigrants that are happy Maduro is out the paint. But they are also the same people that were celebrating like crazy when Maduro lost the election only for it to be turned into a sham and keep thins as it were. It makes sense they are celebrating, the guy that represents the regime that took them out of their home country is out. But tbh, I've talked to a lot of venezuelans I know and the vast majority is fully aware that 1) this is far from over and 2) Maduro was the figure head but Cabello is the one they are mostly afraid of.
The other people from the region that are celebrating are right wing politicians/nutjobs that use what happened yesterday as a big W against communism.
Most of the people, however are taking this as one more in the many interventions gringos have done in the region and the world

I know a few of them who went from talking healthcare to screaming qanon conspiracies, promoting infowars employees like posobiec as credible journalists, celebrating acts of imperialism, and sharing nick fuentes videos.
Which makes their consistent episodes of finding common ground with them rather than the people who they should closer to ideologically all the more peculiar.
Alot of Bernie supports became bothsiders which is really just blaming the dems for everything because they have not over turned capitalism

Ever since Chavez got in charge and nationalized their oil, the US have worked to undermine Venezuela. That’s not a pro Maduro stance, but an anti US imperialism stance. Chavez unfortunately died at the wrong moment and Maduro’s goofy ass got power. We really back to mid 20th century imperialism.
