You sure about that?

Yes for the immediate time its only new customers .. but that doesnt mean existing wont get it down the line..
With ATT ... they pretty much trick you into doing the NEXT ..it like 40/line or 15 w/ next .. but then when you add the NEXT installment its the same 40

For a professional this shyt isn't a toy , you know how much money I make with my iPhone?

Unless you travel everydamnwhere in the country, or VZW is the only decent network where you live and work, you have to be stupiddoodoodumb or ignorant to stay on them with or without a contract. (Plus all that nasty shyt they cripple their phones wit if it ain't Apple and slow updates if at all.)

My nuh Legere of T-Mobile said it - they rapin yo ass. When I see what they charge for data + all the rest of the fees... :heh:

Even if you can't use T-Mobile cos bein real some places their service ain't acceptable, you could get an unlocked GSM phone or unlock the one you might have, use Cricket which is on the AT&T network so you can have good coverage almost everywhere and save hundreds a year and probably get lots more LTE data too for your money.

As 4me, I got that T-Mobile 5 GB/month LTE hookup with no overage charges just a slowdown once I reach 5, 100 minutes of talk a month I work around with apps or don't need at all, unlimited messaging. Cost? $30. :smugdraper: (Actually even less if I get cards on sale.) I saved so much it's like I got my phone for free compared to the contract bullshyt.

I've done work with Sprint/AT&T and they are def trying to push customers off 2 year contracts.
Go into an AT&T store and try to get one, not going to work.

Installments can potentially come out cheaper, because carriers tend to give plan discounts to customers on installments. However the more expensive phones may not be a good deal.
Unless you're the type who has to have the latest greatest phone, I'd recommend buying decent priced new/used unlocked phones. Best way to save money of all options.

I did this 3 years ago to the iPhone 5 with TMobile. You get a cheaper plan because you're not paying a phone tax on top of everything. I think I figured I got my money back after a year or so. Plus, if you have problems with your provider you can move to another plan at any time.

Great so now I can leave T-Mobile and move on to Verizon.

I paid full price for my iPhone 6.

Yeah... I don't see how this change helps the business or the customer. If you're going to pay full price anyway, why not just do prepaid? It's pretty much the same service but cheaper with no messy contracts and no worrying about overages. Plus you can leave whenever you want... if you have a phone like the nexus 6 that you can put on any network you want.

$45 on prepaid with autopay gets you unlimited talk text and 2GB. Another $20 gets you an extra 3GB ($10 fo 1GB) and that extra 3 rolls over for 90 days so that's $65 for 5GB and you may not even have to pay $65 every month. 6gigs on the new plan is at least 80 plus you have to pay taxes.
Some people are going to be paying $125 per month before taxes on Verizon to play with their iToy 7

Yeah, I'll stick with the cheaper plans and just buy my phones outright. I am NOT getting fleeced like that.
