Man this is jacked up because even if you want to keep your phone over 3 years these Android updates reallyscrew you over if you have an old phone. Hell, my HTC One M8 started acting a fool when Jellybean dropped. You think you will save money in the long run by keeping the phone but then your phone is going to become unbearable to use.
That's why you need to get an iPhone, B :win:

Are you comparing the results in real time to an Android device? I often do this with my wife and her iPhone takes us all out the way or sometimes get hung somewhere.
No I use it sometimes instead of my navigation system in my car cause its easier.

Ah ok I thought maybe our plans would change even if we don't upgrade. I got a cheap phone to use it as a phone and only as a phone. My current plan is no data and 700 mins with unlimited text for $30. As long as that doesn't change then I'm good.
Back at work today... your plan is not going away it's still going to be listed under a new name "700 basic everything plan" or something like that. Also 2 year contracts will still be available online for existing customers online but not for new customers though. You can still do them in store but you're going to have to damn near beg for it. It also looks like the full price for a lot of our phones are coming down in price some.

I just came for Verizon. I did the monthly payments BC they said I was eligible for an upgrade. So instead of paying 650 for phone Im paying 288 all together. Plus they gave me a $100 bill credit. :ehh: Not bad...

Hopefully phone prices come down

Good quality phones can be had for 170-500 off contract, and paying for a phone over 24 months softens the hit of paying 800 for a "flagship". Right now if you are on Tmobile or ATT and dont want an iPhone you have a ton of choices for low priced great phones, and one VZW turns off their CDMA network you will have more options, even then now phones like the Nexus 6 can run ALL bands LTE and run CDMA/GSM.
