A Chicago classic, not heard too many djs outside the Chi and London play this.

Massive Attack!

A record that was released in 75/6 , a year later Bobbi Humphrey covered it. But the song never did anything in the States. Minor hit in Japan. Then in the mid 80's becomes one of the most coveted songs on the London Rare Groove scene. Then in the 93 this song gets sampled on one of the biggest Jungle/D&B tunes ever.

One of the hardest and most expensive songs to get your hands. I've given hope trying to find this song at a decent price. Just hope one day I just stumble on it at a yard sale, thrift store, or in a library book store

Is this the sample for Max B All in 1 night?

These underrated cuts right here.. Boyz II Men will always be one of my favorite male groups.

Miami classic

This was a well known classic to anybody born in the 70s or earlier, but probably relatively unknown to younger heads

I know this is Mary. But this is the definition of a low key hit. A song that unless you were there when it got released, you have probably never heard it or will ever hear it.

If you weren't around for the era when mixtapes had R&B blends, you'd have no idea why a remix to "I'm Going Down" would sound like this.

Mr. Cheeks voice is so dope. Dude never had "bars" or "flows" but when you hear him rap you know he was meant to be an emcee.

This guy caught a lot flack based off of his lo-fi aesthetic & subject matter, but the soulfulness of this record can't be denied.
