 U crazy if u think Three 6 ain’t got 20. They the most influential group in rap. No disrespect but only nikka tryna rap like Bone was A$AP Ferg. They did have the higher peak than Three 6 undeniably tho when it comes to hits and record sales. This basically Jeezy vs Gucci in group form without the added drama .

Just play the whole E.1999 Eternal album and its a wrap

That'd be an L for them though. That'd be admitting they peaked with their first big album then steadily fell off. Only reason Snoop vs. X was closer than it should of been was Snoop went heavy on Doggystyle tracks while X showed he had hits on multiple albums.

this is a really intresting battle more than i thought about it...i honestly thought 3-6 easily considering modern influence but I look at the bone list and they have about 5 automatic wins which I dont think 3-6 has

I mean look at the songs on that list!!!

As I've said, I'm not a fan of either group, but the majority the songs on that list :mindblown: at one time or another they were the soundtrack to every whole in da wall club. It used drive me crazy.

I mean look at the titles of the songs, we still use those titles or remember when we did. Their influence or ability to capture what was hip was uncanny. The titles of those songs are soundtracks to the majority of your lives.

:rudy: now someone put up Bone songs. They have like maybe 3 songs which were huge past their dedicated fans. They had more like a cult like following. They'd have maybe 1 song per album that people who weren't fans would know.

So I guess it can come down to that: 36 have more songs you're familiar with even if you aren't a fan.

Rocky yea he’s along with Ferg just didn’t mention him because Ferg be more on Bone style but Rocky do use they shyt. Wiz, I’m not a big listener of but I can see it. Zombies lmao I can see them too but them nikkas ain’t been relevant since the Beast Coast era forgot about them tbh. Migos nahhh. Atlanta scene is built totally off of Memphis from crunk to Gucci Mane’s favorite rappers all being Memphis rappers. Migos are Three 6 sons before u can put them under the Bone Family Tree. Drake is heavily influenced by Memphis and Houston yea he sing but I don’t hear no Bone in his style. It was a handful of rappers singing/harmonizing besides Bone including Koopsta Knicca . Ain’t saying Bone don’t got no influence but it’s nowhere near the impact of Three 6. nikkas still using the drum kits and redoing songs these nikkas Juicy and Paul made when they was in 10th grade :mindblown: .

Ok looked over the list and I know 6 songs from that list. And I purchased their 1st 3 albums!!!

Of those 6 songs, none of them were relevant past my days in the 90s where the nikkas would hang and put a cd on shuffle and fully digest the music.

So basically in what space were Bone songs being played? Clubs, breh hangout spots, cookouts, family reunions, weddings...where?

I live down south and have never bought or downloaded a 36 album. But I'm familiar with nearly all those songs listed prior.

I think Bone resonates more with the 90s “hip hop heads” and people outside the south while Three 6 resonates more with those coming out the south and the newer generation. I’m bout to be 24 and I admit I really have no connection to Bone Thugs music. I mean I done listened to the first album and it’s bumping and Ik they big hitsbut that’s bout it. All them other songs people in here listing got me scratching my head. Triple 6 on the other hand :blessed:
