lean back and all the way up were his (and remy, but he played prominently) and furthermore, it doesn't matter, this is verzuz where just dropping the hook and a verse is needed, people gonna connect with the song and give him a win regardless of him being a side attraction. i mean nikkas was giving the lox props over a mariah song that was a hit long before they were on the remix - they added nothing to that song TBH

If anything Joe has had such longevity because he puts out great singles. Even though I think he goes in on his deeper album cuts more than people give him credit for. He was built for Versus.

nikkas thinking about Ja Rule being so huge at one point. But the fall off was quick. Joe been one of the most consistent in the game for almost 30 years. He was already a well respected industry vet before the big hits
