Looks like we almost didnt get Juve there. If he wasnt there, shyt wouldve been trash on the CMR side. He brought damn near all the energy for that side.

Juve said he knew wayne wasnt coming. Juve said his deal(as in contract) was if Wayne wasnt coming, he wasnt coming.

Juvenile made it clear during the Drink Champs interview that the camouflage movement did not start with No Limit — it started with Soulja Slim, back when he was still Magnolia Slim in the early ’90s. Around the 51-minute mark, he breaks down how Slim was the first one pushing that military look in New Orleans, long before the tank branding ever took over. Juvie even helped pay for Slim’s early demos and watched the whole wave form right in his neighborhood. He says he still wears camo faithfully out of respect, especially because Slim isn’t here to speak for himself. “Ain’t no n***a gonna take that from him ever,” Juvie said — making sure nobody rewrites one of the most important pieces of NOLA rap history. Do y’all think Soulja Slim gets enough credit for influencing both Cash Money and No Limit eras?
