Ehh, I enjoy the song selection/strategy and the banter. I actually preferred Vz before it became a concert as it put too much emphasis on stage show instead of catalog which was the genesis of Vz
I hear you. So you would rather have P vs Birdman just playing joints behind bad WiFi? That was definitely a thing that made Verzuz good especially when we would come together to clown the one with the terrible connection lol. If you know Tim and Swizz you know they had to go too far with
Verzuz. I think the thing with it going live was that all the good Verzuz pretty much happened before they made it concert style. They either should’ve started it that way or stayed with the straight instagram shyt. Of course it was during the pandemic so I get that.

I don’t what to expect from this. It’s all about song selection. What I do know is for this to be good on both sides, both labels need to embrace their underground roots on this one for me to fully enjoy it. This probably would have been more appropriate in the south.

Like if BG does uptown thang, not sure a casual crowd in Vegas would know it. Hell, most of the coli doesn’t know it. Nyggas on this forum can’t even differentiate Chopper City (96) and Chopper City in the Ghetto (99). :scust:

He’ll for sure do it…he’s been performing it on tour

But yeah I’m questioning what type of crowd this is going to be too….it’s in Vegas on short 2 weeks notice so it’s not like hardcore fans of both across the country even had time to plan a trip to come…this is an event I probably would’ve considered hitting…. What exactly is ComplexCon? Is it gonna be a bunch of Gen Z nerds?

that's what im worried about....i hope P dont get into Rock the boat, Choppastyle and all that cause they're "hits"...but ive seen NL perform Break Em Off, War Wounds, You Dont Wanna Got To War, Hot Boys and Girls, I Can Tell...i dont know if a 2025 vegas crowd will understand...its like when Fresh played Rich nikkas, Shine and 400 Degreez against Storch...nikkas was od disrespectful in the comments....i dont wanna see Uptown Thang or Help catch crickets but i get it if they do

either way, im gettin drunk and enjoying the fukk outta this

Mr. Serve On, Fiend and Silkk still performing I think. I remember going to a show in Joliet IL years back for NYE and Serve On/Fiend killed it :ehh:

Silkk was just standing on stage and said a few words but it look like he ain’t wanna be there :pachaha:

I ended up in the VIP with them, they’re entourage and groupies but then the cops came and shut it down because a brawl broke out between chicks on the dance floor. :francis:

Lil Wayne may smoke NL himself once they play the 2000s songs.

Fireman
Go DJ
Way of Life
Lollipop
6 Foot 7 Foot
Got Money
A Milli

NL songs from the 2000s ain’t gonna win tbh.

Give Lil Wayne his flowers. He saved Cash Money from going into early irrelevancy.

Lil Wayne definitely saved Cash Money when he went lyrical Super Saiyan

like others said though without cats like Mystikal I'm skeptical how entertaining this will be

I'm just watching for the fukkery

I'd much rather this be playing the songs on the sound system for the audience and not live performances.

You know damn well P is going to try to have his nobody artists perform C-Murder, Mystikal and Mia X verses

So they can only play songs or beats that were under their record label umbrella of no limit or CMR right?

So if they play Mystikal, they can’t play danger or shake ya a$$ right? those records were not under no limit. if they do play them, then what’s stopping them from playing doggystyle records if snoop shows up for no limit.
