have to wait and see....cause unlike the nfl, there is a rule in place stating the players must stand or be fined...dont think any will sit, but there will probably be t-shirts worn...now, if some raised a fist while standing, that'll make this really interesting...

side note: people need to chill with the nba being down for us talk....and i'm talking about the league (owners, powers that be), not individual players....the league is down for us as much as the other leagues are...meaning they only care when it affects the bottom line....

Why are you guys so hung up on anthem protests ? It's served its purpose but now it's time for the next stage, whatever that may be.

Adam Silver got the players in check :win:

yep, he does...

meeting probably went like this:

silver: we gonna have demonstrations (t-shirts, banners, etc) for the people that lost their lives in orl

players: great job, we agree

silver: we gonna move the all-star game cause of that discrimination law

players: great job, we agree

silver: anymore more questions, comments, concerns?

players: what about doing/saying something about the police brutality that's going on?

silver: hell no, no one cares about that shyt...

players: hmm, we do...since the league is mostly black and it's affecting black communities/people...

silver: and?...since it seems to bother yall so much, we'll do this: have players stand with arms interlocked and make a commercial saying 'together'...and that's about it....take it or leave it?..

Low key d rose started this entire thing. That's why he's always A1 in my books
Yup. Rose gave no fukks when he rocked that shirt. Then Bron, Kobe and others followed suit.

I thought it was pretty ridiculous that Lebron knew about Trayvon and about Gardner in NYC, but when Tamir Rice got gunned down in CLEVELAND Lebron said he didn't know enough about the situation to speak on it

:what:

That was pathetic IMO.
