I think the point was for it to be seen. Even dumb nikkas know not to do dirt in the daylight. That had to be some type of message sent or them nikkas was trying to get their stripes up.

I was locked up for a year and 8 days. The shyt that goes on in prison is like the streets with no cops. They don't interfere. Period. They clean up... Well trustees clean up but you get what I'm saying. You see them watching and joking. They do that to prisoners. For the most part they already know who's on that hit list. They like to fukk with them. This one time I'll never forget. They were taking us to court and the CO said "cedric berryhill" loud as fukk when they were getting him. He was on the news here for rapes and killing people. That let everyone know who he was and where. Dude was quiet and nobody realized that was him until then. The CO didn't have to do that. They beat the breaks off that nikka multiple times. They watched the shyt like it's a tv show. Sometimes they let shyt go so inmates feel comfortable doing that shyt during daylight for their own entertainment. Other times it's bc they don't fukk with the inmate but they can't beat his ass themselves
